So, I’m in Kyrgyzstan now. Hopefully not for too much longer, then off to Bagram. It’s been a while since I was there last, should be interesting to see the changes.

Got some cool pictures today, got a new camera the other day and decided to test it today. There was a storm rolling through so I got some cool lightning shots. Can’t post them though, having internet browser issues. Lame.
Leaving for Afghanistan on sunday.

Ugh, the spam is back! Now I get to add more key words.
On the plus side though, there is lots of cool stuff happening. I can’t talk about a lot of it yet due to my current situation, but I promise there will be a massive update when I get through this. Hang in there dedicated readers, all 1 of you.

So, it’s been awhile, sorry. Lot of stuff going on recently. People coming, people going. I won’t go into details now, but some serious not fun stuff going on. I’ll get through it though.

So, it’s been a while, like a couple month now, since I have posted last. Not too terribly much going on. Mostly working. I got a motorcycle a month or so ago, a sweet 1975 Honda XL250, which I’ll post pics of in a day or so. This thing is awesome to ride. I can’t wait to get something a little faster though, with an electric starter. It would be so nice to be able to keep up with traffic in certain parts of the city.
Karena is doing some plotting. She really wants one of the new Honda CBR 250s to go set another record at Bonneville. We’ll see.

Currently on a plane to Tucson. In-flight wi-fi is AWESOME. Oh, and glass cockpits- AMAZING!

Here is my longer term plan for when I get back:
1. Get back to Tucson
2. Fly up to Oregon
3. See Karena
4. Bring Karena back to Arizona
5. Settle in, hopefully for longer than 7 months this time.

New high temperature for today! 142 degrees Fahrenheit at Kuwait City International Airport. I know, hearing me rant about the heat is getting old, but come on! I don’t have anything better to complain about right now.

The plan for my return to society
1. Arrive in Tucson
2. Retrieve Audi or Sidekick
3. Retrieve gun, probably Beretta, maybe S&W 1911
4. Shoot. A lot.
5. Pick up new guns and place them in safe
6. Drink beer
I think it sounds like a pretty solid plan. Anyone have input?

Yep, Kuwaiti wildlife. My personal favorite in the creepy area:
